Our Garden Apartment can be combined with our Garden Studio to sleep 6 guests (adjoining doors), we also have our Garden Penthouse on the upper level of the same building.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations outside 45 days of arrival are not liable for the final payment.
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Funds are transferable within 1 year of original travel dates, when the property is re-booked for your cancelled dates.
Booking with Island Time Vacation Rentals assumes acceptance of these terms.
