The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher and an outdoor bbq grill. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are en-suite, the 4th bedroom has a in-room shower. Beds can be provided as king or 2 twins.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 5 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations outside 45 days of arrival are not liable for the final payment.
Cancellations within 45 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Funds are transferable within 1 year of original travel dates, when the property is re-booked for your cancelled dates.
Booking with Island Time Vacation Rentals assumes acceptance of these terms.
