Great house with amazing view of most of the leeward side of the island. Bedrooms with en suite baths were perfect for each of the couples on our trips. Dive facilities at the house are stupendous when you return from a day of diving.

Dear Kristen, thank you so much for accommodating my group again! Your services are wonderful and we are appreciative of how smoothly everything goes year after year! I believe we have stayed in this home for the last three years annually, and I am always happy with the home...it is large and spacious, and really very well thought out. The beds are comfy and although there is only A/C in the bedrooms, you don’t need it elsewhere in the house, like you would down low on the water. This home sets high on the hill overlooking Bonaire with great sea views. The breeze is constant, and many of the exterior walls of the home open up to the environment with triple sliding glass doors. Very modern kitchen area, with all the normal amenities, microwave toaster tea pots etc...I would also comment that the kitchen has excellent dishes, plenty of bowls/platters/cutting boards, and knives that are actually sharp...all manner of openers, cutlery are available and have been thought of beforehand ! The bedrooms are correctly sized, not too small, each with air conditioning that works...also, I am always pleased with the thoughtfulness of plenty of storage in bath and bed areas for your things. Lastly, I find the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the views from the decks are overwhelming and ocean view. The area below the house is designed for divers, with rinse tanks and plenty of hanging/drying lines. All of that is easy to access with a driveway that wraps around the home. Of course, we will be returning to this home in the future! Well done !

Beautiful villa with an amazing expansive view of the island and the sea from the terrace. Gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

What a wonderful week in a beautiful, comfortable, and complete property that left us wanting nothing but more time. Everything in this house has been thought out with great attention to detail. This is our 4th year visiting Bonaire and we found our stay at Seascape to be our absolute favorite. The set up for divers easily exceeded our expectations! Drive up access, multiple wash stations, water hoses, (covered) ample drying racks with heavy duty BCD/Wetsuit hangers was the best setup we have seen. Staying up on the terrace area of Sabadeco provided wonderful views of both ends of the west coast (including Kline Bonaire), a constant comfortable breeze and an insect free experience. The absence of screens and multiple sliding doors allowed us to completely open the back of the house enhancing the amazing views without the need to protect from mosquitoes because there were none. Kristen and Dennis (Island Times) were great and easy to work with. Definitely a five star rating for this house and location!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were looking for a peaceful and restful location where we could just turn off for few days and Seascape did not disappoint! You could not ask for better views of the island and water. The open air concept of this home was just what we were looking for. All of the space is is comfortable and the pool is just right for cooling off in the afternoon. Loved the kitchen! Very efficient use of space and we found that we truly like all of the concrete. Made much use of the hammock. There are so many birds and iguanas around the property that were just fun to watch every day and we looked forward to our daily visit from the neighborhood goats, every morning like clockwork. The tiny babies are just adorable! Loved all the landscaping! We don't dive but this house has great amenities for that if you do. Dennis and Kristen were perfect hosts and we can't wait to come back and visit here again!

Fantastic Private Villa

Spent two weeks here beginning of December 2017. House is great. View is amazing. Scuba cleaning station downstairs is very convenient. My wife was already trying to plan our trip here for next year, this time staying for 3 weeks. Most importantly, Kristen from island time was once again fantastic in helping us find this property and quickly took care of any needs we had while on the island. With out a doubt, working with Kristen at Island Time was the best decision we have made. Highly Recommended!

Remove Socks Before Entering!

If you're wearing socks take them off!!! This place is gonna knock your socks off when you enter thru the door! The view is incredible! Feels like you're sitting on a cloud overlooking the whole world. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a nice hiking/biking trails right down the street. Every amenity is there at your fingertips. With all the glass doors open there is a nice breeze but feels like you're blending with the sea even if you keep them closed. The pool is private and gorgeous. The garden is full of birds and happy bees. Divers will love the set up. It can not be beat! The management is the best too!! The only problem I might have is do not rent this villa when we want it!!!

The house is beautiful and well designed. Each bedroom bathroom is a private space, so it would be good for couples travelling together or a family. The patio and living area are huge with high ceilings inside. The outdoor dining area is very pleasant--we almost always ate there. It is also a great place to play games. For serious divers, the rinse and drying area is very convenient and makes the tasks very easy. The kitchen has nice appliances, pots, pans, and dishes. The view is wonderful and the neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed eight nights and I have never felt so relaxed and recharged at the end of a stay.

The villa is perfect and beautiful. When you open the main door, you are awakened by the beauty of the landscape and the view of the sea and Klein Bonaire. A great pool and jacuzzi on the terrace to enjoy the sunset. A barbecue to eat your catch of the day (Go to It Rains Fishes if you want to get some fresh fish). A terrace where you can eat and enjoy the sun. Kristen welcomes you with fresh beers and a bottle of sparkling wine. The house was big enough for both of us : 4 bedroom ! And a bathroom in our room. The garden is very nice with cactus, aloe vera, beautiful parrots, iguana and sometimes a beautiful little cat. The place is 10 minutes from the city center. You will need a car, better a pickup if you want to explore Bonaire. You are 5 minutes from the beautiful 1000 steps beach. You just need to book and then enjoy your vacation !

This property is as beautiful as the pictures. The patio with the dining table is nice for all meals and has good airflow. The pool has lots of seating areas and spots for sun and shade depending upon your preference. The bedrooms were quire large and plenty of space for suitcases and clothing. The bedrooms even stayed very cool during the day with the air conditioning turned off for a mid-day nap. Our group that stayed in this house cooks a lot. The refrigerator was stocked with some spices and the kitchen was well appointed with the items needed for the meals that we prepared (pots pans, knives, etc...). Plenty of room for more than one person in the kitchen. Great area to rinse and store dive gear. Overall, a lovely house in which to stay and perfect for 2 couples, as we almost each had our own little house on the property. Island Time's representative, Kristen, anticipated our needs and was very helpful as always! We have worked with her before while staying at other properties and she is fantastic! Another wonderful trip to Bonaire!

We enjoyed 2 weeks in paradise at this villa. Beautiful views and nice breezes from the villa. Villa is well equipped & very comfortable. Kristen & the Island Time Vacation staff were wonderful to deal with. Would definitely book again. George & Debbie
